We are an international group of consultants (USA, Europe), organized in a network of associated partners, founded by Tom Berthold.
We provide a broad range of synergistic expertise (Scientific, Medical, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance) accumulated over combined decades of industry experience.
We know the Life Science Industry from decades of hands-on job experience - not from textbooks.
We keep our operating expenses very low - you don´t have to pay for "bricks & stones" in our organization.
We provide our customers with a suite of business-proven and hands-on proprietary tools & processes - combined with industry experience from several operational & leadership positions at national, international and global level.
For projects 6 months+, where a regular presence is required, we offer the option of effective & cost-efficient interim assignment.
For Business Development / L&A / Investment Round projects, we offer flexible and risk-sharing honorarium-models (e.g. "No cure - No pay").
